If you haven’t yet signed up as a volunteer – that is, if you’re not already on the existing rota system – please register as a new user by filling out the form below. If you are already a rota volunteer, you should have received an email containing your username and password to log in here (if not, please email the rotavator to ask for a reminder).

Username * Automatically set to your last name followed by your first name, without a space in between – e.g. GroenewaldHeston. Please don't change this.

Display Name * Automatically set to your full name – e.g. Heston Groenewald. Please don't change this.

Nickname * Automatically set to your first name followed by the first letter(s) of your last name, as it appears on the monthly rota – e.g. Heston G, Adriaan vK. Please don't change this, except that you can shorten your first name if you wish.

User Email * Please enter an email address that you check regularly, so we can send you rota-related emails.
